Why use 316 material?
Stainless steel 316 grade has 10% to 14% nickle, which has very good resistance to corrosion. Using as window or door screens, we need a better material to keep for many years. So SS316 grade is the main material forHot sale security window screen.

Maishi offerTop Class Security Meshwith tensile 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa), tolerance(+/-0.01mm). The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.
Why the powder peal off after several years?
One of the reason is that the mesh is not thoroughly cleaned before coating. If the mesh with dusts or oil, the attachment of the powder will be much lower, so it is easily peal off. MAISHI take every process very carefully, and before coating, we clean each corner of the mesh hole to ensure the surface is totally clean.
And another reason for the powder pealing is that the powder is not good. But MAISHI use top quality powder to ensure the strong attachment.

How do we produce & packing?
Maishi control the quality in every production process from the raw mateial, weaving, finished stainless steel mesh rolls, mesh washing, flattening, cutting, powder coating, packing and loading.
To make sure customers will get perfect meshes, we do careful packing. Each mesh piece is separated by waterproof paper, thus to ensure meshes will not be scratched by each other during delivery, and ensure the mesh surface is bright and smooth. And usually 50 pieces are loaded into one poly-wood carton box, thus customers can sell the mesh by batches. We can also pack the quantity as per customers request.
