High Performance Repair Mortar for Vertical / Overhead Surface

YUXI's HG-XJ-04 pre-blended structural cementitious mortar is a single-component, fast-setting, high strength repair mortar, based on a combination of modified polymer and special additives. Once mixed with clean water, it produces a shrinkage-compensated mortar suitable for concrete repairs in vertical and overhead applications. It is a polymer and multi-functional additive-modified cement-based rapid repair material characterized by fast-drying and non-sagging properties. It ensures repair compatibility and forms a durable repair layer. With high bonding strength to the substrate, extremely low drying shrinkage, and excellent crack resistance, this repair mortar is specifically designed for the maintenance and reinforcement of high-performance concrete structures, such as high-speed rail bridges, highway bridges, port projects, and hydraulic dams.

   

PACKAGING INFORMATION

Our polyurea coating is commonly packed in metal barrel for sea shipment directly. Clear shipping marks are labeled for information clarification. A full set of shipping documents (including proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) will be prepared for custom clearance. (Remarks: Custom packing is available upon request.)

We are pleased to offer the samples upon the payment of nominal sample fee and freight charge. But the sample cost can be refund if your first order that meets the specified value.

04 |  How Long Will It Take To Get The Samples ?
Generally regular sample in stock can be delivered in 7-10 days after receipt of payment. But it takes around 15-20 days if the goods are out of stock.

05 |  What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity ?
The MOQ varies depending on the product. Please feel free to check with us for specific items.

06 |  What Is The Lead Time for Bulk Orders ?
For most regular items, the standard lead time is approximately 45 days. For customized items, the estimated lead time will be advised by our sales representatives. However, actual production time normally depends on order quantity and specifications.
