The vacuum annealing furnace generally employs a ceramic fiber furnace chamber and represents a highly cost-effective vacuum furnace. It is inexpensive, simple to operate, and offers excellent vacuum performance along with uniform temperature distribution.
 

It is applicable for high-temperature vacuum sintering, annealing, and tempering of ceramic materials, ceramic -metal composite materials, refractory metals, and alloy materials. It is suitable for laboratory applications in universities, research institutes, factories, and enterprises involved in high-temperature heat treatment of metal materials, ceramic materials, and semiconductor materials.
The product structure consists of the main unit, vacuum system, cooling air system, gas charging system, pneumatic system, electrical control system, and an external transport cart. It is primarily used for tempering processes after vacuum quen ching and bright quenching, as well as for low-temperature annealing and aging treatments.
 

• The ultimate vacuum level can reach 10Pa (with a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump) or 7x10-2Pa (with a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump + diffusion pump).
• The maximum temperature can be selected between 1200ºC or 1700ºC.
• Designed with gas inlet and outlet ports, allowing for both vacuum operation and the use of inert gases.
• Pneumatic vacuum valves for easy and convenient operation.
• Utilizes an alumina ceramic fiber furnace chamber along with resistance wire or silicone molybdenum rod heating elements. This ensures excellent performance while significantly reducing the cost of the furnace.
• Double-layer water cooling keeps the furnace shell surface temperature ≤ 50ºC.
• High-strength carbon steel construction with external electrostatic spraying for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
• The human-machine interface features a high-definition touch screen with an operating system developed by our company.
• Programmable temperature control instrument with PID regulation.
• Upper limit alarm, deviation alarm, and automatic stop at the end of the program, eliminating the need for constant supervision.
