This horizontal shape slitter is designed for slitting jumbo roll of film or tape to pancake pad coils.
It is workable for materials such as PET, BOPP, Kraft paper, Alu/PET foil, Copper mylar foil, Mica tape, non-woven fabric, waterblocking tape, insulating tape and etc.
This machine uses center surface winding method to wind the slit strips, which ensures stably consistant winding tension and will not stretch nor scratch the film / tape surface.
It is workable for materials such as PET, BOPP, Kraft paper, Alu/PET foil, Copper mylar foil, Mica tape, non-woven fabric, waterblocking tape, insulating tape and etc.
This machine uses center surface winding method to wind the slit strips, which ensures stably consistant winding tension and will not stretch nor scratch the film / tape surface.
1. 35mm thickness steel plate made machine side wall and base, ensures no vibration during high speed running.
2. Both razor blades and circular blades are workable on this slitter. It can slit various flexible tape materials.
3. Unwinding tension is controlled in tapering mode. Automatic tension sensor control is also optional.
4. Automatic web aligning (EPC) is available, both ultrasonic sensor and photoelectric sensor are optional
5. Each winding shaft is independently driven, which enables the machine to wind different diameters of coil on two winding shaft.
6. Winding shafts are proped by 4 sets of liquid pneumatic cylinder, ascends or descends automaticaly
7. Whole machine electric system is controlled by PLC.
8. Machine running status is displayed on HMI touch screen.

1. Do you provide installation and commissioning service after delivery?
Yes, if in field installation and commissioning requested, we can send well trained staff to the buyers' place. The buyer should pay the round way tickets and accomodation costs.

Firstly we need the users to report the detailed situation of the machine performance by video call or email. If only software / program problem, we can solve the issue by remote computer assistance. If any hardwares need to be replaced, we will send the replacement. Freight should be paid from the user side.

4. How to select the EPC sensor options?
Normally non-transparent tape suits to using photoelectric sensor, transparent tape uses untrasonic sensor. Sure we can provide both. The cost is not much.
5. How to select tension control options?
For adhesive tapes, it's better to use tapering type tension control. Automatic tension sensor is good for unwinding smooth low tolerance tape materials.
