1. Material Selection and Blank Preparation
Jimi screws are typically made from stainless steel (such as SUS304 and SUS316) or high-strength carbon steel to ensure corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. For high-precision applications (such as optical or medical equipment), titanium alloy (TC4) is even used to reduce weight and increase durability.
The blanks are formed through precision cold heading to ensure dimensional accuracy of the screw head (e.g., hexagon socket, cross recess) and thread, with tolerances within ±0.01mm to meet the requirements of automated assembly.
2. CNC PrecisionMachining
