Product Description
Point 1:This high-temperature dry rendering system provides a completely sealed and automated processing line for the biosecure disposal of fallen livestock (pigs, cattle, poultry, etc.) and animal by-products. The entire process, from feeding to discharge, is enclosed, effectively preventing pathogen escape and cross-contamination. It strictly adheres to national biosafety and epidemic prevention standards, ensuring absolute operational safety and hygiene.
Point 2:Designed with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, the system integrates a comprehensive multi-stage gas purification and deodorization system. This includes spray towers and oxidation towers, which thoroughly treat process vapors and odors before emission. This ensures that all exhaust meets stringent environmental regulations, eliminating secondary air pollution and minimizing the impact on the surrounding community.
Point 3:Utilizing a high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization principle (core temperature ≥140°C, pressure ≥0.4MPa), the system guarantees the complete destruction of a wide range of hazardous pathogens, including African Swine Fever (ASF), Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS), Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD), Porcine Circovirus (PCV), and Pseudorabies. It is capable of handling diverse raw materials, including whole carcasses of various sizes (from poultry to cattle), slaughterhouse waste, and animal by-products. Featuring rapid heating and a compact processing cycle (approximately 4-6 hours per batch), it maximizes throughput and operational flexibility, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications from large-scale farms and slaughterhouses to centralized centers.
Process flow
1.Lifting & Loading :Deceased animals are placed into the hopper of the automatic lifting device. Upon activation, the hopper ascends and tilts to discharge the material into the pre-crusher's feed bin.
2.Pre-Crushing & Conveying :The pre-crusher automatically starts to grind the material. The crushed material is then conveyed via a screw conveyor or a feeding pump into the main sterilizer (reactor).
3.Sterilization & Drying :The main sterilizer heats up automatically, maintaining high temperature (≥140°C) and pressure (≥0.4MPa) for a preset period (e.g., 2-2.5 hours) to achieve complete sterilization and drying.
4.Cooling & Discharge :After the sterilization cycle, the vacuum cooling system activates to cool the material. Finally, the dried material is automatically discharged via an outlet screw conveyor for further processing (e.g., oil pressing) or storage.
