The sterilization equipment is mainly pulsating high-pressure steam sterilizer (pot)/Pulsating autoclave, which is the key system of the treatment process, consisting of two parts: hardware and software.

The structural components include the high-pressure steam sterilizer's internal chamber, steam conveyance lines, insulating outer layer, waste liquid decontamination unit, and exhaust gas purification system. The internal chamber and outer casing are primarily constructed from stainless steel.

The jacket supports vapor heating and maintains thermal stability, while the software uses state-of-the-art PLC technology to automate the full operation, allowing users to configure temperature, pressure, air exclusion level, and sterilization duration via a user-interface interaction.

1.After entering the sterilization stage, the system automatically timing to ensure the sterilization intensity.

2.During sterilization, the main steam valve and secondary steam valve adjust dynamically based on the current temperature within the sterilization vessel. When the tank’s temperature drops below the target sterilization level, the secondary steam valve activates to introduce steam and raise the temperature. This process continues until the temperature falls 1°C below the set point (user-defined),Start by opening the main steam valve and introducing a significant volume of steam to initiate heating. Once the sterilization kettle reaches the predetermined target temperature, both the main and auxiliary valves shut off, maintaining precise thermal conditions while preventing unnecessary steam consumption due to overheating.

3.When the sterilization time reaches the set time, the system switches to the post-vacuum drying stage.
