1. Intermittent drive: The advanced servo control system ensures the stable movement of printing stock during the printing process. The printing cylinders do not need changing, repeat length is digitally controlled. It's quick, easy and convenient to operate. The only operation is inputting the preset printing length on the main control panel, then every printing unit will be automatically positioned.
2. Printing section: heavily constructed offset printing unit. It consists of 19 ink rollers (including 4 ink forme rollers and a total of 4 dampening rollers). The long ink roller train efficiently eliminates streaking and ghosting in the image. The dot sharpness and register are exceptional.
3. Shaftless drive system: Each printing unit is driven by independent servo motor, 14 sets of servo motors in total for a 6 colour machine ensures overprinting precision at high speed.
4. Colour registering system: The vertical and horizontal position of every printing forme is controlled by independent motor, which reduces labor and material waste. The machine can change vertical & horizontal registering without stopping.
5. Extremly large printing area: 300×350mm (W*L). High-precision photocells ensure multi-register print on both sides.
6. Declutching: Every printing unit is equipped with clutch device, so each of them can be stopped independently when not needed. This system extends the machine's servicing life and saves roller wear.
7. Various options: UV varnishing unit, rotary and flat-bed die-cutting units, hot stamping and Spot UV units are available. Magnetic rotary die-cutting cylinders are used for changing different flexible die plates for in-line printing and die cutting.
8. Fingertip control: Touch screen, faster CPU, 12 inch LCD display area, facilitates parameter setting and trouble shooting.
