For large payments, to ensure security, the card company may call for verification. During the verification process, if it is judged that the order involves stolen cards or is under another person's name, the order may be suspended or canceled arbitrarily.

Bank transfer payments should be made via PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or at a nearby bank. The name entered during the order must match the actual depositor's name. Payment should be made within 7 days, or the order will be automatically canceled.

• Delivery Note: - For remote mountainous areas or islands, additional charges may apply. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed depending on the product type.

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt, except when electronic products have been unboxed or the packaging is damaged, reducing their value.
• When the product or service is different from what is described or advertised, exchanges or returns are possible within 3 months from the delivery date or 30 days from the time the customer becomes aware of the difference.
• If products are damaged or lost due to customer's reason, or if packaging is damaged to check contents, returns/exchanges are not possible.
• If the packaging is opened or damaged, reducing value (e.g., electronics, food, records), returns/exchanges follow manufacturer standards.
• Decreases in product value due to usage or partial consumption are not eligible for return, except in cases like cosmetics with sample products.
• If the item's value significantly diminishes over time, making resale difficult, returns are not accepted.
• Damaging the packaging of returnable items, such as wrapping, is not allowed.
• In the event of exchange or return due to change of mind, the customer bears the cost of return shipping (including color or size exchanges).
