The JLY-SJ-G70X25 is a high-performance dual-layer co-extrusion wire production machine designed for the efficient processing of polyolefin thermoplastic low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) and cross-linked polyolefin LSZH materials. The extruder is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), ensuring high torque and energy efficiency. The speed regulation is controlled by a Shenzhen Weichuang frequency converter, while the overall system is managed by Siemens, Xinje, or Inovance PLCs for precise operation.
2. Advanced Temperature Control System
The wire production machine features a microcomputer-based touch-screen PID temperature control system, ensuring stable and accurate heating with a steady-state precision of ±2°C. The barrel is heated via electric heating elements combined with air cooling, allowing a maximum heating temperature of 300°C. The use of solid-state relays (SSRs) instead of traditional contactors enhances control frequency and temperature accuracy.
3. Optimized Extrusion Components
Screw & Barrel Design: The extruder utilizes a diverting-type screw to accommodate both insulation and sheathing processes. The screw and barrel are constructed from 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, subjected to nitriding treatment, ensuring a surface hardness of >HV870, a nitrided layer depth of 0.5–0.7 mm, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
Gearbox System: The hardened gear reducer features a ductile iron (QT) housing and 20CrMnTi nitrided gears, while the transmission shafts are made of 40Cr alloy steel, ensuring durability and smooth power transmission.
4. Robust Clamping Mechanism
The wire production machine employs a reinforced H-type clamping system for the extrusion head, providing secure and reliable fastening while allowing for quick mold changes.
