The core function of a pulse dust collector is to capture dust particles in the air through a filtering medium (such as filter bags or filter cartridges), thereby achieving exhaust gas purification. Its workflow is divided into three stages:
Filtration stage: The dusty gas enters the equipment from the air inlet and first passes through a pre-separation device (such as a deflector plate) to make large particles of dust settle to the ash hopper due to inertia. The remaining airflow flows upward through the filter bag. Dust is intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged through the air outlet.
Dust cleaning stage: When dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags, causing the resistance to reach the set value (typically 1200-1500Pa), the control system triggers a pulse jet. Compressed air (with a pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa) is instantaneously injected into the filter bags through the pulse valve and the blow pipe, causing the filter bags to expand violently and shake off the dust to the ash hopper. The ash cleaning process can be carried out online without the need to stop the machine.
Dust collection: The settled dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve at the bottom of the ash hopper, which can achieve material recovery or centralized treatment.
