CENTER PIVOT IRRIGATION SYSTEM
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The DYP series center pivot irrigation system is made up of center trestle table ,trestle -tower vehicle ,sprinkler truss,endmost ,cantilever ,and synchronous system controlled by electric etc.
The center pivot irrigation system is especially applied in the irrigation of planing potatoes,sugarcanes,watermelons,legumes,economic crops and pasture.The automated irrigation system characterize high in efficiency ,Featuring in high efficiency ,power and water saving ,the irrigator can increase yield at economical cost with the spraying uniformity coefficient up to 85%,and benefit from consistent distribution of chemicals and nutrients .The center pivot irrigation method is also suitable for irregularly shaped fields with inclines reaching up to 25%. All parts rust free in 15 years via zinc coating treatment. All running parts shall be operated under the main control system and the fault position shall be displayed when malfunction and /or interrution happens.
Water from rivers or boreholes serves as a centralized supply, distributed via main pipelines and sprinkler systems directly to crops. This method efficiently delivers water and manpower, covering fields ranging from 13 to 130 hectares using a single water source. The system features a custom-built steel frame capable of adapting to various machine lengths. For small plots, a basic setup with one span and one overhang offers a straightforward solution. The robust construction can be scaled beyond 11 spans (reaching up to 650 meters), thanks to reinforced angles and secure bolted pivot anchors that withstand strong winds.
