These employ the same design principles and components as the Roller Door, except for the curtain material, which consists of 72mm x 1.2mm thick extruded aluminum interlocking slats. It is available in 3 models viz. 'Crystal Plain' which consists of plain full slats, 'Crystal Ventilated' which consists of slats perforated with 225mm x 40mm slots spaced at 20mm apart to achieve a lattice grille appearance, and 'Crystal Vision' which consists of slats perforated as previously described but with 1.5mm thick clear acrylic or polycarbonate strips secured to the back of the slats to achieve a 'glazed' effect. These three slat types can also be used as a combination in a single shutter to achieve a particularly desired architectural effect or for pra ctical application. The beveled edges of the slats combine to form lateral 'V'-grooves, which when viewed at the front, gives the shutter a clean sculptured appearance. These shutters are available in natural, light bronze or black anodised finish or even powder coated or fluorocarbon coated to match a desired colour scheme.
