Mc nylon means monomer casting nylon, is a kind of engineering plastics used in comprehensive industries, has been applied almost every industrial field.
Caprolactam is heated to liquid state, catalyst is introduced, and the mixture is injected into molds under ambient pressure to form various shapes including rods, plates, and tubes. MC nylon can achieve molecular weights between 70,000 and 100,000 per mole—three times higher than PA6 or PA66. It exhibits superior mechanical strength compared to other nylon types like PA6 and PA66. As a result, MC nylon is gaining increasing recognition in the national materials recommendations.

Oil nylon (green) represents a breakthrough in engineering plastics, pioneered by Guangzhou Engineering Plastics Industry Co. in the late 1980s through technology acquisition from Nylacast Co., Ltd., UK. It is the first genuine self-lubricating nylon to integrate a liquid lubricant directly into the manufacturing process, reducing friction by half compared to standard PA6 or PA66 and offering tenfold superior wear resistance. Engineered for applications requiring no external lubrication, high load capacity, and slow-speed motion, it significantly extends bearing lifespan—five times longer than conventional PA6 and twenty-five times that of phosphor bronze. The embedded lubricant remains stable, resisting leakage, absorption, or evaporation, eliminating the need for maintenance or refilling. Its even dispersion ensures consistent operational performance throughout the product’s entire service life, enhancing durability, reducing friction, improving abrasion resistance, and minimizing stick-slip issues. This innovative material has expanded the use of nylon across multiple sectors, especially in components operating without lubrication.
