Steel Plate Shot Blasting and Painting MachinesThe steel plate is sent to the closed shot blasting room by the feeding conveyor system, impacts and scrapes the workpiece to remove the Rust, scale and dirt on the surface of the parts. Steel after rust removal materials directly into the spray booth, and spray the workshop maintenance primer through the spray guns installed on the upper and lower spray painting carts. and then enter the drying room to dry. Make the paint film on the steel surface reach finger dry state. After the steel is processed, the surface reaches a certain degree of roughness, which improves the adhesion of the paint film and the surface of the steel, correspondingly improves the corrosion resistance and surface quality of the product, and improves the product grade.
