PJEP's multi rake fine bar screening system for sewage processing is extensively adopted and highly regarded as an effective pre-treatment and debris removal unit in water treatment processes. Suitable for use in urban sewage systems, stormwater pumping stations, municipal wastewater, industrial effluents, and similar applications.
It consists of transmission device, rake chain system, supporting frame.
The primary structure is securely fastened to a dedicated mounting base used during component fabrication. The rake chain mechanism forms a rotating surface consisting of numerous small rake elements, each constructed from either nylon or stainless steel.
A mechanical rotary fine bar mesh consists of tiny rake blades. Powered by a chain, it moves upward from the base, lifting suspended particles to the upper surface.
