Lab blown film extrusion machine is used to produce plastic films in laboratory environments or small-scale production.
Working Principle:
Plastic pellets are fed into an extruder where they are warmed and liquefied by a rotating screw. The screw pushes the liquid plastic ahead, and it passes through a ring-shaped die to create a hollow, cylindrical sheet. Air is injected from the die's core, inflating the sheet into a bubble-like structure. Once cooled, the film is pulled through and wound into a finished product.
