Alternator:Specific products of coach,lightweight design makes heat dissipation greatly improved, and reduces 15% of power consumption than other similar products.
Turbocharger: Hunan Tyen(200KW-300KW),Holset(320KW-350KW) .
Hose: Silicone material,good resistivity, strong scalability,greatly extend the life of diesel engines,easy installation and disassembling.
Fuel pump:Directly installed to the gear chamber, replacing the old structure of the coupling.
Low pressure diesel pipes:Made of alloy stainless steel;desige with damping hose;fitting worked at high temperatures especially for silent diesel generator sets.
Crankshaft:Forged steel, instead of casting material , forged steel crankshaft with high strength.

The assembly line has a reasonable design and the staff work closely together. Each assembly line can produce 130 diesel engines in 8 hours.
The company currently operates four state-of-the-art test facilities, each fitted with automated systems for monitoring and regulating water, oil, and intercooler air temperatures, enabling precise management of engine inlet and outlet water, oil, and post-intercooler air temperatures throughout testing.
Each test bench can accurately measure engine speed, torque, power, fuel consumption rate,water temperature, oil temperature, before and after intercooling temperature and other engine performance parameters.Each parameter measurement accuracy is within 0.5%.
Packing:
Every diesel engine must be tested strictly and scientifically before it can be delivered.
