Delivery Information

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product packaging is opened or damaged, especially for electronics or perishable goods. />
• If the delivered product differs from the advertised or agreed-upon specifications within 3 months, or if the issue becomes known within 30 days, it can be reported.
• Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling, or the value significantly reduced due to use, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For items with packaging damaged or opened, returns are not accepted, especially for electronics, food, or items with screens.
• The value of the product decreases over time or due to resale difficulty cannot be claimed for refunds.
• Unauthorized reproduction or damaged packaging in replication products is not eligible for returns.
• Customer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, including color or size, are at the customer's expense.
