The KA-H10 rail-mounted welding unit operates via gear-driven movement along the track. It excels in both horizontal and vertical welding applications, ideal for medium to thick sections and large pipe joint welding. With adjustable welding head positioning and tilt, it supports corner, horizontal, and root welding techniques. The frame, pivot mechanism, and control unit are modular and can be securely fastened to the rail. The system employs strong magnetic clamping to hold the workpiece firmly, enabling easy setup and removal.

2. Features
1) KA-H10 to achieve vertical welding, horizontal welding, ring seam welding and horizontal welding.
Features a linear swinging action. Settings like swing type, range, velocity, pivot point, and duration on each side can all be customized.
3) Use digital to display the running speed of the car.
To avoid weld bite and incomplete fusion during welding, a left-right swing stop time adjustment feature is implemented.
5) The welded torch is automatically returned to the center of the welding channel when the welding stops.
6) Have an automatic arc collection function.
7) Have a fast return function.
Standard setup includes a 1.8-meter track. The compact rail design enables easy handling and can be linked to increase functionality.

1.DC motor: The power device for walking in a car. Use AC220V power supply. Or choose 24V lithium battery
2.Rail: Flexible orbit/hard track, there is a certain period of elasticity, the standard configuration is 1.8 meters, which can be extended to use.
3.Switch magnet: A stationary component of the track system. It produces 60kg holding force and securely attaches to the surface. Equipped with a detachable lever, it allows easy removal and transport of the track.
4. Main control box: The control center of the car, all movements are controlled.
5.Fast clutch: vehicle rail wheel engagement system. Pull the clutch upward and shift left to engage. Enables rapid vehicle movement.
6.X-Y fine-tuning slide: positioned at the welded gun site. X-axis adjustment spans ±20mm, Y-axis adjustment spans ±20mm.
7.Swelling motor (swing head): driver device of the swinger. Using high -precision DC motor, its power is 6W.
8.Welding Tromaton: The grip used for the welding torch. The torch head's orientation is adjustable, spanning ± 90 °.
9.Adjust the hand wheel: During track installation, turn the hand wheel left or right to secure or loosen the track

 

 

"Welding/non-welding" toggle: Initiate welding mode upon choosing "welding" and activate the "start" button to begin; engage the "start" button when in "non-welding" mode. Core function
(2) Start" switch: The switch is turned on and the car starts to walk. The welding "position is only walking but not welding.
(3) Stop" switch: If you press the stop switch during the trips of the car, all the actions will stop.
(4) Up Down: You can choose to walk up or down.
(5) Walking speed: The speed value is displayed in digital, the maximum walking speed is 1040mm/min, and the digital display value is 999.
(6) Switching speed adjustment knob: Rotate the swing swing speed in clockwise, the maximum value is 1520mm/min. The maximum scale is 10.
(7) swing range: The amplitude of the swing of clockwise rotation increases, and the maximum value is 20mm. The maximum scale is 10.
(8) Stop time adjustment knob: The adjustment range is 0 ~ 2S, and clockwise increases.
(9) Right stop time adjustment knob: The range is 0 ~ 2s, and clockwise increases.
(10) left right center motion: During clockwise rotation, the center shifts right; under counterclockwise rotation, it moves left, with a maximum displacement of ±5mm. The highest scale value is denoted as scale value.
