Design feature:
For many years, we have visited many large domestic paper mills many times, and made performance analysis & study on kinds of ceramic dewatering elements from home and abroad as well as main raw material characteristic study, thus the unique structure came into being.
Strong points:
1, Ceramic made of Al2O3 can be used as dewatering elements for the whole paper machine with speed lower than 1300m/min, and as foils when speed is less than 1200m/min, while SiC and SiN dewatering elements are design for higher speed.
2, Imported ceramic segments with Al2O3 purity more than 99.5%.
3, Imported adhesive has strong resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion.
4, FRP main material is imported, it's technical data is up to same equality level as overseas like products.
5, Piano-key if effectively avoided by the unique dovetail structure.
6, The surface roughness after fine polishing: Ra is less than 0.4um (Al2O3); Ra is less than 0.15um(SiC, SiN)
