Polypropylene fiber (PP fiber) originates from 100% new PP pellets, and through varied die designs and processing methods, it produces four distinct fiber varieties: monofilament, fibrillated mesh, twisted bunchy, and wave forms, each available in different dimensions. These fibers significantly enhance the strength and durability of mortar and concrete, offering robust structural support and safeguarding construction outcomes.

1. Easy to be dispersed in mortar or concrete and no agglomeration, it can guarantee the property of crack resistance effectively.

 

2. User-friendly: No adjustment to mortar ratio required; simply add fibers to the mix and mix briefly after water is added.

 

Offers cost-effective advantages: The equivalent diameter of PP fiber single strands reaches just φ 0.02–0.03mm, resulting in a high diameter-to-surface-area ratio, enhancing crack resistance and allowing for material reduction (down to approximately 0.6–0.9kg/m³).

 

Simple to apply: With numerous fine fibers distributed uniformly in the mortar, the application process becomes smoother and enhances the adhesion between the surface and the underlying layer.

 

5. It with stable chemical property, strong acid &alkali resistance, and can be used in any engineering projects.
