    Sand Casting: Offers both automatic casting lines (for high-volume, consistent production of ductile iron—including SiMo grades—and grey cast iron parts) and manual casting lines (for small-batch, custom-shaped components), ensuring flexibility for different order scales.
    Precision Casting (Investment/Lost Wax Casting): Specializes in complex, near-net-shape parts with minimal material waste, supporting both ferritic and austenitic stainless steel grades.
    Forging: Provides forged components for high-strength applications especially for stainless steel material, leveraging trusted local forging partners audited to our European quality standards.
    Cold Drawing (Stainless Steel): Delivers cold-drawn stainless steel parts (e.g., fuel rail brackets) with tight dimensional tolerance and smooth surface finish, ideal for components requiring high accuracy.
    CNC Machining: Our Ningbo facility houses 35 CNC 4-axis machining centers, 34 CNC turning machines—handling medium-to-high-volume machining of steel, stainless steel, and cast iron parts to meet tight precision requirements.
    Powder Metallurgy: Supplies powder metallurgy components (e.g., small, complex structural parts) for weight-sensitive or high-wear applications, complementing our casting and machining capabilities.
