Product features
HG series vibrating feeder works reliably and has a long service life; The excitation force can be adjusted, and the flow rate can be changed and controlled at any time. The adjustment is convenient: the vibrating feeder uses an inertia exciter to generate the drive, with low noise, low power consumption, good adjustment performance, and no material flushing phenomenon. The structure is simple and the operation is reliable. The box body adopts the ring groove cold riveting process to avoid deformation, cracking, and other problems caused by welding. The adjustment and installation are convenient, and the maintenance is easy.
working principle
The active shaft is driven by an electric motor, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, and the groove body vibrates, so that the material flows continuously to achieve uniform feeding and coarse screening.
