INTRODUCTION TO PULP MOLDING EQUIPMENT
Pulp molding equipment uses specialized molds to process waste paper into desired shapes and finishes them to create functional products that protect and display their contents. The process involves processing the waste paper, raw pulp board, or biomass fiber as raw materials into a concentrated slurry through the pulping system, enter the mixing pool for stirring, is adjusted to the desired consistency and is pumped it into the molding system. The slurry is processed into various products using the different mold shapes of the molding machine. Finally, a drying system evaporates excess moisture from the product, shaping it into a finished product, and process it into the final product after cutting the edge and other processes
