A ring die palletizer, commonly referred to as a biomass wood pallet machine, is extensively employed in processing various agricultural and industrial byproducts such as rice husks, straw, cotton fibers, wood chips, palm shells, sunflower seeds, olive waste, bagasse, and sugar cane bagasse, among others. This equipment performs tasks like grinding, compression, densification, and pelletizing to transform these low-density waste materials into high-value Refused Derived Fuel (RDF). The initial feedstock has a density ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 tons per cubic meter, while the final RDF pellets achieve a density exceeding 1.1 tons per cubic meter—making them easier to handle and transport. This densification process not only enhances combustion efficiency but also creates job opportunities and boosts overall economic viability.
RDF density enhanced to improve compactness, reduce space occupation, and offer fire resistance, achieving a final density between 1.1 to 1.5 tons per cubic meter. Calorific value ranges from 3400 to 4800 Dhaka, with low sulfur levels.
