This device is an automated or semi-automated cleaning system specifically designed to remove tiny dust, fibers, debris and other contaminants from the interiors of glass bottles, plastic bottles and other containers. It works by precisely blowing filtered high-pressure dry air (or ionized air) into the bottles, using the impact force and carrying effect of the airflow to blow the contaminants out of the bottles, thus ensuring that the bottles meet the required cleanliness standards before filling. It is usually installed at the front end of the filling production line and is one of the key equipment for ensuring product quality.

In a standard production workshop, a bottle rinsing and blowing machine is a necessary piece of equipment to ensure that the inside of the bottles is clean and hygienic, free from dust and foreign objects.
