Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is meticulously clean, dry, and free from all forms of contaminants, prepared to perfection.
All dust and loose, friable materials must be thoroughly eradicated to ensure optimal adhesion.
Blowholes and voids should be completely exposed and subsequently repaired to maintain structural integrity.
2. Primer:
Before laying the membrane, apply a primer with precision. Clean the substrate using a dust catcher or blower, then coat it thoroughly with a treatment primer to ensure superior waterproofing, effective dust consolidation, and enhanced adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Carefully unroll the torch-on membrane and align it with precision before initiating torching or bonding.
*Each membrane must be laid in parallel, staggered by at least 1 meter to prevent coinciding joints, ensuring a flawless finish.
*The end-to-end overlaps must be alternated, never positioned along a single line to maintain the integrity of the seal.
*Always commence at the lowest slope height, strategically starting with drains, downpipes, or other crucial details.
*During torching, simultaneously heat both the membrane and the substrate, focusing on the roll and overlapping areas to achieve a superior bond.
*Overlaps must be welded with precision, ensuring a thin trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, appears gracefully along the overlap line.
4. Roller ApplicationUtilize a roller to firmly press down the membrane surface, guaranteeing a secure and trustworthy adhesion.


Attention:
1. The substrate must remain dry and clean. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days to prevent compromising the installation.
2. Avoid working in heavy winds (above grade 5) to ensure precision in application.
3. This method is not suitable for use in temperatures below 5°C, as it may affect material performance.
4. If rain or snow occurs during construction, it is imperative to implement protective measures for the laid membrane.
5. All personnel must adhere to safety protocols by wearing special uniforms during installation. Fire control equipment is essential for ensuring safety.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in dry, well-ventilated conditions to maintain their quality and longevity.
2. Different membrane types must be stored separately to avoid cross-contamination and maintain their specific properties.
3. Under normal conditions, the storage period is one year from the production date, ensuring the product remains at its peak efficacy.
4. Membrane rolls should be stored vertically during transportation and be protected from sunlight and rain to preserve their quality.
