A modern solution for solid-liquid separation. Design structure: The core unit features several stationary and floating rings, with a helical shaft passing through the filtering chamber they create. The initial part functions as a thickening zone, while the latter serves as the dewatering stage. All sludge concentration, compression, and drying occur within a single chamber, eliminating the need for conventional filter cloths or centrifugal separation, instead employing a refined, finely tuned filtration structure. Dewatering mechanism: Sludge first gathers via gravity in the thickening zone before being moved into the dewatering zone. As the filtration gap and screw pitch progressively narrow, and the back pressure plate begins to obstruct flow, significant internal pressure builds up, continuously shrinking the sludge volume until complete dehydration is achieved.
