'Straight Chillin' Ice Cube Trays are built from high-quality, food-safe silicone and feature removable lids for easy stacking and storage. The pack contains two trays in soft blue and green tones. The lids help maintain freshness by blocking freezer smells and keeping ice pure, but the trays are far more versatile—perfect for holding and saving small amounts of leftover juice, wine, sauce, iced coffee, baby food, and other liquids.

Shipping Policy:
The freight cost depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
We maintain an in-house dependable forwarder and agent capable of securely handling and delivering every order at reduced costs and faster turnaround.
1- Regularly, we shipped via Fedex/Dhl/UPS..Express way.(3-10days arrival), suitable for small order.
2- Sea shipping way, (25-40 days arrival), low cost, port to port, usually for large quantity order.
We also offer door to door service if via sea shipping.
Or we aslo accept buyer's forwarder.
Customers must cover all customs, import, and duty charges imposed by their respective countries. To minimize or avoid such costs, we will strive to list the items as a gift or set a low declared value on the invoice.


Custom/OEM:
Custom Logo,color,design is ok.
Please kindly provide one of AI, CDR, PDF or PSD files for your artwork/logo.
Prior to moving your order into manufacturing, we require a email proof of your imprint for last-minute confirmation. This stage in our workflow guarantees precise production of your order.


Sample Policy:
1- Usually we offer random sample for free but with your sample shipping freight charge prepaid.
2- We offer 1-2 pcs each sample randomly, if for more pcs, we will try send to you, if not and you must
Request more pcs, we will charge same sample fees for make more pcs samples to you.
3- For customize sample, we will charge the set up fees of the logo printing and making fee.
But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.


Return Policy:
Comprehensive quality control is applied at each stage of production and packaging, and we gladly allow selected third-party inspectors to evaluate the products prior to shipment.
If any quality issues persist, kindly inform our sales team within 7 days of receiving the items, including photos and specifics; in the case of a manufacturing flaw, we will either replace the defective units or issue a refund.
