Efficient soil crushing and leveling: Adopting opposed disc arrangement, each set of discs rotates in the opposite direction, which can crush the large soil pieces after plowing and rake the surface soil fine, and at the same time level the ground surface to create a good seed bed for sowing, and the soil crushing rate can reach more than 85%. Flexible angle adjustment: the disc deflection angle can be adjusted within 3-15 degrees through the adjusting mechanism to adapt to different soil textures (such as sandy soil, loamy soil) and operational requirements, and when the deflection angle increases, the depth of the soil and the effect of soil crushing will be enhanced. Light structure design: the machine is light in weight (usually 200-500kg), with low matching power demand (15-40 horsepower tractor), suitable for small plots, hilly and mountainous areas, flexible in turning, and convenient in operation. Strong durability: the discs are made of 65Mn spring steel, 4-6mm thick, with heat-treated edges for good wear resistance.
