Application:municipal sewage petro-refining,leather making,printing and dyeing paper,coal-ification dressing,biochemical pharmacy,steel pickling and chemical sugar,food processing etc.
Working Principle
As the machine begins operation, sludge is fed into the filter housing via the inlet and transported toward the sludge cake exit, driven by the rotating helical blades. The spacing between these blades progressively decreases, increasing the compression on the sludge. This pressure buildup causes water to slowly seep out through the gap formed between the stationary and rotating plates, due to the pressure difference. The built-in cleaning mechanism of both the stationary and moving plates effectively prevents clogging. Finally, once the sludge has been fully squeezed and dried, it is conveyed by the helical blades to the discharge port.
