Product Description:
For a complex underground or mix, of a composition varying between rock with low resistance and medium resistance, our pipe jacking machine excavation chamber is equipped with a cone crusher. From the cutter head excavation the clod and stones enter into the crushing chamber, to be crushed by a secondary crushing device, the cross arm in the process of rotation breaks the debris, reduce to minimum diameter to fit the outlet line, simultaneously mixed with water for slurry excavation.

In addition to the body adding welding wear layer, the wear resistance layer height 3-5mm, hardness above HRC56, the tungsten carbide welding adopts silver blade brazing and greatly improves bond strength of cutting tools, brazing strength over 245Mpa
