   Dosing System Process
   Chemical dosing begins at the storage and mixing station, where stock chemicals are diluted and thoroughly combined in the holding tank using a mixing mechanism. The resulting solution moves through an exit valve and filtration stage to eliminate contaminants, then travels through a flow calibration section for real-time flow assessment and adjustment. The metering pump acts as the central component, dispensing the chemical mixture with exact control. Integrated safety valves prevent backflow and pressure gauges continuously track system pressure, enabling reliable delivery to the intended process location through the discharge port. The operation is fully controlled by automated sensors and safeguards like low-level detection switches, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and overall operational integrity throughout chemical injection.
