A The technics characteristic of Semi-dry wet soymilk production:
( a ) The semi-dry wet soymilk technics adopts the internationally production technology, such as soymilk pulping equipment produced by Tetra Pak.
( b )The technics characteristic of Semi-dry wet soymilk production:
1.    Soybeans are dehulled after cleaned and dried to reduce the bitterness taste and remove contaminants and bacteria that adhere to the skin.
Soybeans require no soaking. After softening and deactivation, dehulled soybeans are immediately ground. Combining blanching with hot grinding effectively minimizes beany odor. This method produces no wastewater, supporting environmental sustainability and lowering expenses related to wastewater management.
3.    The purification and odor removal stage uses high-temperature short-time treatment to thoroughly eliminate Thermophilic Bacillus, a heat-sensitive bacterium found in soybeans, and eliminates bean odors through vacuum flash distillation. This ensures soybean milk retains its natural freshness and enhances its flavor profile
4.    The entire production line is continuously produced and the materials are in the pipeline, which reduces the secondary pollution in the production process..
B  The production technology process
( a )Soybean pre-pretreatment production process: Soybeans undergo cleaning, drying, cooling, detritus and iron removal, followed by dehulling using a dehulling machine. The resulting dehulled soybeans are transported to the pulping stage via a lifter.
The main purpose of the pre-treatment is to remove impurities and remove the skin.


         


According to the technical requirement the burdening and homogenizing equipment can be placed before or after sterilization and deodorization.
Raw dehulled soybeans are transported via bucket elevator to a precise feed system, where the flow rate is regulated to ensure the correct water-to-ingredient balance for optimal processing. → Proceed to the inactivation and softening stage: a measured amount of alkaline water—monitored by a flow sensor—is introduced during steam heating to deactivate key lipase enzymes. This reduces the beans’ natural smell and makes them easier to crush. Hot water is then combined with the treated soybeans in a coarse grinder, guided by flow meter readings, enabling protein solubilization without the need for soaking—saving energy and enhancing safety. Following grinding, the resulting soy milk moves into a separation chamber to divide the liquid from the solid residue. To maximize protein yield, the initial bean pulp is rehydrated and fed into a second separation stage, with the resulting slurry being ground again. The first-stage slurry is pumped via a centrifugal pump to a holding tank, and the clarified soy milk is then moved from there to a sterilization and deodorization unit. Here, purified steam is directly introduced, heating the mixture to 130–140°C for 10–20 seconds before it enters a vacuum deodorizer to remove volatile odor compounds. The product is cooled to 90–95°C and then passed through a plate cooler to reach a final temperature below 30°C, ensuring ideal taste and color. The final soymilk is then directed into the formulation stage.

( a )Characteristics of soybean pre-processing section equipment:
1.    Soybean Continuous Dryer: This unit is specifically designed as a high-efficiency continuous soy dryer, unlike most local counterparts that rely on batch processing or basic box and fluidized bed systems. While batch and standard box dryers offer lower initial investment, they suffer from inconsistent heat distribution—leading to some soybeans remaining under-dried while others become excessively heated, causing scorching and compromising final quality. Fluidized bed dryers face limitations due to extremely short soybean exposure times, necessitating very hot inlet air. Our continuous dryer features a large throughput and incorporates a multi-stage angled diversion system within the drying chamber to constantly redirect and blend the material stream. This ensures extensive and uniform heat exposure, delivering superior drying performance at reduced operational expenses. Integrated cold-hot air recycling significantly improves energy efficiency.
2.    Soybean hull removal and separation system (Patent No.: ZL201320223568.0): This soybean hulling and separation unit from our firm is designed for high-pulp production lines and offers either single-stage or dual-stage hulling based on user needs. It features a hulling crusher, a hulling unit, and a hulling sieve, ensuring efficient and effective hulling performance.
3.    Basic structure and characteristics of soybean dehulling and separating equipment:
The system includes a peeling chamber, a crushing section, a bean coat separation screen, and additional components. Soybeans smaller than 10mm in diameter are processed to remove their outer layer and crack. Once cracked, the bean hulls stuck to the bean valves within the crushing area are removed using a blowing bar, followed by the detachment of the hulls from the system.
Once dried, soybeans are transported to the peeling section. The peeling process occurs through the combined effect of static and dynamic fluted discs. The bean fragments proceed directly to the impact chamber, while others go to the skin processing area, where residual skin clinging to the beans is easily removed. These beans and their skins reach the bean skin separation vibrating screen. On the screen, both beans and skins are spread out uniformly in a thin, even layer. The skin is drawn off via a cyclone system, while the cleaned beans exit through the discharge port. At this stage, the soybean peeling efficiency reaches over 90%.
The unit is currently a relatively new device, designed and manufactured under the innovative ideas.
The machinery meets its intended performance targets, boosting soybean shell removal during soy milk and soybean milk manufacturing, thereby enhancing the quality of both soy milk and soy milk powder end products.
( B )The Characteristics of pulp section equipment:
Precise control: Because of the non-linear relationship between the rotational speed of the inclined screw conveyor and the material input, we have developed a dedicated feeding system for the metering feeder. The exact feed quantity needed for production is achieved by adjusting the transmission speed. Using flow sensors in the deactivation softening unit, the proportions of soybeans, water, soy, and alkali water can be smoothly modified.
Soybean deactivation and softening setup: The assembly consists of three key components—the deactivation module, the alkaline water circuit, and the hot water circuit. Stainless steel rollers are employed in the deactivation section, while quick-release (clamp) connections are fitted at both ends of the deactivated cylinder, facilitating efficient cleaning and sterilization. The alkaline water circuit features two agitated low-level tanks and one high-level balancing tank. These tanks take turns receiving alkali to maintain uninterrupted operation and consistent alkaline water concentration. The hot water circuit is powered by a plate heat exchanger to guarantee a steady flow of heated water. Both the alkaline and hot water circuits are fitted with flow sensors.
Stainless steel coarse grinder: All components that come into direct contact with materials are constructed from stainless steel. The transmission bearings use a single-piece design, maintaining precise alignment between the two bearing centers on the drive shaft, enabling seamless operation. This design offers extended service life and minimal upkeep requirements. The spacious hollow crushing chamber guarantees thorough and effective material reduction.
The refining mill employs a pelletizing unit that achieves fine material processing through high-speed pendulum motion. This process yields a particle size marginally larger than that produced by a colloid mill, which enhances the clarity of slurry and slag separation. Specifically designed for soybean milk and soy milk manufacturing, this machine offers straightforward operation and reliable upkeep.
