TX121500 digital display manual motor turntable, installed horizontally on the work surface when working.It employs a high-precision double-lead worm gear set as the primary positioning component and a high-accuracy Heidenhain encoder as the display component to ensure precise table alignment. In addition, in the measurement work, it can also be used for precision Angle measurement.The system begins by employing a variable frequency motor to move the worm gear set, enabling initial alignment. The current position is checked via the digital readout. Once the motor halts, a manual adjustment is made using the hand wheel located at the opposite end of the worm. Lastly, precise alignment is achieved by turning the fine adjustment knob, ensuring exact positioning.
