Print Head Shipping: In air freight, print heads are included with the machine, but for ocean freight, the customer decides the shipping approach. To minimize the chances of damage or theft during long sea journeys, it's recommended to ship them individually using express delivery services (such as DHL).

Certain international buyers may require unique customs paperwork. Early communication with the sales representative is essential to prevent shipment delays.

Port Release: Machine release requests at the port must be submitted promptly and are only handled during business days.
