Product Description
This brick-making machine is a best-selling semi-automatic brick production line. By changing different brick molds, it can produce various sizes and types of hollow bricks, paving bricks, interlocking bricks, curb stones, etc. The QT4-24 cement brick machine can produce 4,428 8-inch hollow bricks per day with an 8-hour operation. The QT4-24 semi-automatic brick production line mainly consists of the following parts: mixer, conveyor, brick-making machine, brick unloading platform, and manual trolley. The entire production line requires 4 workers to operate and needs an operation area of 60 square meters. The factory area should consider the placement areas for raw materials, machines, finished products, and drying, etc., approximately requiring 600 square meters. The QT4-24 can produce bricks of different sizes and types, such as hollow bricks, paving bricks, curb stones, solid bricks, square bricks, etc.
Main Advantages:
1.QT4-24 high pressure fully automatic brick making machine is four columns oriented, with vibrating electrical machine. During working time ,the lower vibrostand and upside pressure head vertically vibrate synchronously, make the raw materials dense.
2. Timing vibration, automatically lift mold,with hopper and conveyor can save manpower.
3. Machine's body is made from profiles, strong earthquake resistance, and suspension use the "spring vibration isolation" and directional vertical vibration technology to reduce power consumption as well as loss of mould.
4. The pressure head is longitudinal traverse for convenient to feeding, maintaining and washing.
5. The plate vibrate with mold box synchronously, without impact force and with a long life.
6. Multi –usage, with a variety of mold can produce the block with various specifications. Easy and convenient.
