Our EHV range of instrument transformers uses (Oil Impregnated Paper) OIP as the main insulation system. Naphthene based mineral insulating oil (free from inhibitors) is used in the equipment manufactured. This oil is highly stable against oxidation as well as chemical and electrical aging. The capacitor technology used in capacitor voltage transformers and coupling capacitors is all paper or paper plus film (mixed dielectric).
