1,Advanced Hierarchic Pyrolysis Technology

Dioxins pose toxicity levels 1,000 times higher than arsenic. They emerge when chlorinated plastics like PVC are heated between 280 and 800°C. All we need to do is process the material below 280°C to prevent dioxin formation, making subsequent heating and pyrolysis safe and eco-friendly.
Regardless of whether external rotary or single-stage reactors are used, they fail to address the technical challenge. In a single reactor, the internal temperature remains consistent, requiring it to hit 400–550°C before pyrolysis can begin—meaning no pyrolysis occurs below that threshold. Ironically, this very temperature range is optimal for producing dioxins in significant amounts.
A modular setup of interconnected continuous reactors effectively addresses this challenge since individual units operate independently yet sequentially linked. Operating #1 and #2 reactors at 280°C while introducing a chloride-based catalyst fully eliminates the conditions that lead to dioxin formation, making the ongoing pyrolysis process in reactor systems both highly secure and environmentally sound.

This unit handles various plastic inputs at a 10TPD rate using batch mode. Oil extraction efficiency remains under 30%. Equipped with automated feeding and sludge management, it significantly reduces both labor expenses and operational duration.
It features an adaptable feed gate that ejects large plastic pieces directly without needing to shred them. You also have the option to manually introduce raw materials.

3,Safety and Longer Shelf Life of System

Featuring an external rotating and internal fixed design, material input and slag exit can be aligned without strict concentricity or vertical orientation requirements.
