1,Advanced Hierarchic Pyrolysis Technology
Dioxins pose toxicity levels 1,000 times higher than arsenic. They emerge when chlorinated plastics like PVC are heated between 280 and 800°C. All we need to do is process the material below 280°C to prevent dioxin formation, making subsequent heating and pyrolysis safe and eco-friendly.
Regardless of whether external rotary or single-stage reactors are used, they fail to address the technical challenge. In a single reactor, the internal temperature remains consistent, requiring it to hit 400–550°C before pyrolysis can begin—meaning no pyrolysis occurs below that threshold. Ironically, this very temperature range is optimal for producing dioxins in significant amounts.
A modular setup of interconnected continuous reactors effectively addresses this challenge since individual units operate independently yet sequentially linked. Operating #1 and #2 reactors at 280°C while introducing a chloride-based catalyst fully eliminates the conditions that lead to dioxin formation, making the ongoing pyrolysis process in reactor systems both highly secure and environmentally sound.

This unit handles various plastic inputs at a 10TPD rate using batch mode. Oil extraction efficiency remains under 30%. Equipped with automated feeding and sludge management, it significantly reduces both labor expenses and operational duration.
It features an adaptable feed gate that ejects large plastic pieces directly without needing to shred them. You also have the option to manually introduce raw materials.

3,Safety and Longer Shelf Life of System

Featuring an external rotating and internal fixed design, material input and slag exit can be aligned without strict concentricity or vertical orientation requirements. 4,Advanced Sulfer Removal Technology
During tire processing, introducing a novel sulfur-trapping agent into the reactor causes sulfur from the feedstock to form stable complexes and captures gaseous sulfur, effectively blocking its release into the final oil or the surrounding atmosphere.

Environmental Protection

1, Dust removing
There are two steps to finish it. Firstly, separated by the high-efficiency dust catcher, secondly, wetting purified through the spraying and depositing proprietary equipment
2, Non-condensate gas(mainly C1-4)
Certain substances are taken in and chemically transformed into a combustible gas that is reused to warm the kettle, similar to liquefied petroleum gas.
3, SmogThe smog treatment system operates based on ambient temperature and airflow velocity. The purification media features powerful adsorption properties, combined with cutting-edge air flotation scrubbing and water membrane technology, enabling rapid absorption and desorption, easy regeneration, and effective elimination of diverse contaminants including H2S, CL2, CO, CO2, SO2, SO3, NOX, CS2, NH3, and oily organic compounds. 4, Carbon black
Carbon black can be sold as the raw material, or processed into refining good quality ones.
The whole processing course is operated in a closed cycle and does not cause contamination.
Waste plastic and used engine oil byproducts can be transformed into regular carbon black and serve as fuel in manufacturing processes. Residual crude oil can be utilized in industrial and construction applications, including asphalt.
