Description
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) process is the core technology for seawater desalination, effectively treating high-salinity water with TDS exceeding 10,000 ppm. Operating at 60-70 bar to overcome seawater's osmotic pressure, it forces water through semi-permeable membranes under continuous flow. This process removes over 99.5% of salts and most dissolved impurities. The purified water is collected, while the concentrated brine stream is discharged.
