No soaking required for the small soybean milk machine
This unit combines a soybean rough grinder, a precision grinding and separation unit, and a cooking vessel in a single, compact structure. The rough grinding component is constructed from steel, whereas the fine grinding and separation section features rotating grinding elements and a vertical centrifugal sieve. For the smaller 10–30 liter version, the cooking chamber uses electric heating, while the larger 30–100 liter model supports an optional external steam generator (a compact steam boiler).
Soybeans can be hand-washed and immediately introduced into the milk-making machine, removing the step of soaking. The process is simple and fast, yielding up to four batches of milk hourly.
This machine is suitable for restaurants and small soybean milk production plants.

Grinding Wheel Mill
A specialized machine for making soybean milk features a unique grinding wheel system. Soybeans must be soaked completely prior to processing. Unlike standard grinders, this model allows precise control over the distance between the top and bottom grinding surfaces. It integrates a grinding and separation unit with rotating grinding plates and a vertical sieve basket constructed from aluminum, featuring an internal mesh structure. ( b )The technics characteristic of Semi-dry wet soymilk production:
1.    Soybeans are dehulled after cleaned and dried to reduce the bitterness taste and remove contaminants and bacteria that adhere to the skin.
Soybeans require no soaking. After softening and deactivation, dehulled soybeans are immediately ground. Combining blanching with hot grinding effectively minimizes beany odor. This method produces no effluent, supporting eco-friendly practices and lowering expenses related to water waste management.
3.    The purification and odor removal stage uses high-temperature short-time treatment to thoroughly eliminate Thermophilic Bacillus, a heat-sensitive microorganism common in soybeans, and eliminates bean odors through vacuum flash distillation. This ensures soybean milk retains its natural freshness and delivers a superior flavor profile
4.    The entire production line is continuously produced and the materials are in the pipeline, which reduces the secondary pollution in the production process..
B  The production technology process
( a )Soybean pre-pretreatment production process: Soybeans undergo cleaning, drying, cooling, detritus and iron removal, followed by dehulling using a dehulling machine. The resulting dehulled soybeans are transported to the pulping stage via a lifter.
The main purpose of the pre-treatment is to remove impurities and remove the skin.


         


According to the technical requirement the burdening and homogenizing equipment can be placed before or after sterilization and deodorization.
Raw dehulled soybeans are transported to a precision feed hopper via bucket elevator (the hopper regulates material flow by adjusting feed rate to match the required water-to-bean proportion in the inactivation tank) → Proceed to the inactivation and softening stage: A measured amount of alkaline water (monitored by flow meter) is introduced during steam heating to deactivate key lipase enzymes. This reduces the beans’ natural smell and makes them more pliable for processing. Hot water is then introduced into the coarse grinder in accordance with flow meter settings, combining with the treated soybeans (the heat helps dissolve proteins efficiently; no soaking is needed, which conserves energy and ensures a healthier process). Following grinding, the resulting soy milk moves into a separation system to divide the liquid from the solid residue. To maximize protein yield, the initial bean pulp is rehydrated and fed into a second separation stage, while the second-stage slurry is then ground further. The first-stage slurry is pumped via centrifugal pump to a holding tank, and the clarified soy milk is then moved from there to the pasteurization and deodorization unit. Here, purified steam is directly blended with the mixture, raising the temperature to 130–140°C for 10–20 seconds before entering a vacuum deodorizer to remove volatile odor compounds. The mixture is then cooled to 90–95°C and discharged through a plate cooler (to preserve optimal taste and color, the milk must be rapidly chilled below 30°C). Finally, the processed soymilk is directed into the formulation stage.

Fluidized bed dryers face limitations due to extremely short material retention time, necessitating very hot inlet air. Our continuous dryer delivers superior throughput, featuring a multi-stage angled diversion system within the chamber that constantly redistributes and blends the soybeans as they move through. This ensures extensive and uniform exposure to heat, achieving excellent drying results with minimal operational expenses. Integrated cold and hot air exchange technology further enhances energy efficiency.
2.    Soybean hull removal and separation unit (Patent No.: ZL201320223568.0): This soybean hulling and separation system from our firm is designed for high-pulp production lines and offers either single-stage or dual-stage hulling based on user needs. It features a hulling crusher, a hulling device, and a hulling sieve, ensuring efficient and effective hulling performance.
3.    Basic structure and characteristics of soybean dehulling and separating equipment:
The system includes a peeling section, a crushing chamber, a bean coat separation screen, and additional components. Soybeans under 10mm in diameter are processed to remove their outer layer and crack. Once cracked, any bean hull stuck to the bean valves within the crushing area is dislodged using a blowing bar, followed by the separation of the hulls from the system.
Once dried, soybeans proceed to the peeling section where they are cracked and stripped using static and dynamic fluted discs. The bean fragments go straight to the impact chamber, while others move into the skin processing zone, where residual skin clinging to the beans is easily removed. Both the beans and their skins reach the bean skin separation vibrating screen. On the screen, the beans and skins spread out uniformly in a thin, even layer. The skin is drawn off by a cyclone system, while the cleaned beans exit through the discharge port. This process achieves a soybean peeling efficiency exceeding 90%.

Soybean deactivation and softening unit: Consists of three main components—deactivation system, alkaline water system, and hot water system. The deactivation section uses stainless steel bearings, while both ends of the deactivated cylinder feature quick-release (clamp) connections, facilitating simple cleaning and sterilization. The alkaline water setup includes two agitated low-level tanks and one high-level balancing tank. These low tanks are filled with alkali in rotation to maintain uninterrupted operation and consistent alkaline solution concentration. Hot water is generated via a plate heat exchanger to guarantee a steady flow. Both alkaline and hot water systems are fitted with flow sensors.
Stainless steel coarse grinder: All components that come into direct contact with materials are constructed from stainless steel. The transmission bearings use a single-piece design, maintaining precise alignment between the two bearing centers on the drive shaft, ensuring seamless operation. This design offers extended service life and minimal upkeep requirements. The spacious hollow crushing chamber provides ample room for effective material reduction.
The refining mill features a pelletizing unit that achieves fine material processing through rapid pendulum motion. This process yields a particle size marginally larger than that produced by a colloid mill, yet enhances slurry and slag separation efficiency.
