1. How do the prices work on your site - what's included?

The pricing displayed online is purely illustrative, please reach out to us for a customized quote according to your specific needs.

1. Do prices include logo printed?
   Yes, every single one of them.All prices include basic screen printed and set up.
    
2. Can I get another type of printing or more print colors on the product?
   Yes!  Usually 1 color print is included but if you need a 2 colors print simply email us at  we will have pricing back to you fast.
    
3. Can I get a product sample?
   Absolutely, we do. However, we always assess and evaluate potential clients first, and in cases where large quantities are requested or the materials are costly, sample fees will apply.
   Sampling is important and we are here to help with them.
    
4. Artwork is confusing me - can you help?
   Yes!, we are here to help.  Just simply email us: 
   Artwork does not need to be confusing.
    
5. I only have a Jpeg /Bitmap / GIF file can you use these?
   Absolutely, though not right away. If the logo file isn't suitable, we won’t proceed with it—we’ll re-create it in high resolution to ensure a sharp, polished version that enhances both your product and logo. We provide standard logo revisions, but advanced, custom redraws come at an additional cost based on your requirements. 6. Do I get printed samples of the product as part of the order?
   Typically not needed. Producing a single sample is expensive and demands a print run of just one unit. However, it can be offered for a specific fee should you require it.Usually proofs show you what you are going to get printed - they are free!
    
7. How fast is delivery?
   Each product varies as to how long it takes.  As a rough guide most of item can be supplied 1-4 weeks.  Email us for specific advice about your items and it's timelines.
   We will bend over backwards to accommodate any reasonable request.
     
8. Can I get smaller quantities?
   We establish base order sizes to ensure affordable pricing and enable efficient order handling. Reducing these minimums would significantly increase per-item costs since our pricing includes fixed operational expenses. While smaller orders are often possible, they come with a substantially higher unit price.
