X8132 is a vertical universal lifting platform tool milling machine. Its core function is to perform various types of milling operations on metal workpieces, suitable for small and medium batch production as well as mold and part repair scenarios.
Core function
Plane and step surface processing: It can machine horizontal planes, vertical planes, and step surfaces. Combined with end mills and face mills, it can achieve efficient processing.
Groove processing: It can machine straight grooves, V-shaped grooves, T-shaped grooves, and dovetail grooves, etc. It is compatible with special tools such as three-edge milling cutters and keyway milling cutters.
Formed surfaces and complex part processing: With the universal dividing head and universal milling head, it can machine complex structures such as gears, splines, inclined planes, and circular arc surfaces.
Drilling, reaming, and tapping auxiliary functions: With special accessories, it can complete simple hole processing and achieve integrated "milling + hole processing" operation.
