ZP-25D Large, this machine is used to press various granular raw materials into flakes. In addition to round flakes, it can also press various geometric shapes and double-sided lettering flakes.
Its structure is double pressure type, with two sets of feeding devices and two sets of pressure wheels. The turntable can be equipped with25sets of active punches, and 46 pieces can be pressed after one rotation. When pressing the disc, according to the size of the film, the punch can be equipped with double punch, three punch and four punch. Therefore, it is suitable for mass production.
During tablet pressing, the speed of the turntable, the filling depth of the material, the thickness of the tablet, and the height of the lower punch can be adjusted. It comes with a separate powder suction box. The powder suction tube and nozzle can absorb the dust generated during the operation of the machine to avoid dust sticking and clogging, and the raw materials can be recycled for reuse.
