The ZYWL type Crawler hydraulic directional drilling rig for coal mines is a device that uses an electric motor to drive a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor to drive the tracks, and a hydraulic motor to drive the drill bit, for drilling water and gas holes in soft rock or coal seams. It consists of a main hydraulic system, tracked walking mechanism, working mechanism, frame, etc.
The ZYWL type Crawler hydraulic directional drilling rig for coal mines is a new generation of tracked drilling equipment for water exploration, gas exploration, fault exploration, roof caving, and water injection. It is mainly used for dense drilling in soft rock or coal seams where anti-outburst measures are required at the working face, but it is also suitable for other applications. This equipment features a compact structure, flexible operation, good mobility, full-face operation, good safety performance, and multi-purpose functionality. In addition to water and gas exploration, it can also drill into complex strata. It can be equipped with ordinary reaming drill bits and other drilling tools for rotary drilling.
This drilling rig has the following advantages:
