The above parties hereby agree upon the following basic conditions for the supply of the commodity Soybean.
1-) The Soybean to be supplied will comply with standards as follows: Commodity: Soybeans (GMO standard grade)
Origin: TBD
Quality: Quality of the goods shall not be inferior to the guaranteed Specifications.
Packing: in bulk
Destination: Mainland China - Shanghai
Inspection: SGS or similar for quantity and quality
2-) Supply Conditions:
Quantity: initial 200.000 ton/month to gradually increase to 800.000 ton/month.
Price:
Payment: Irrevocable LC will be issued no later than 72 hours after signature of contract Conditioned on final SGS inspection.
Inspection: SGS or similar for quantity and quality
Delivery: Mainland China - Shanghai, time schedule to be defined by SUPPLIER prior to shipping
3-) Trial Lot:
A first batch of 50,000 MT, which approval by the PURCHASER will induce supply contract of 200.000 up to 800.000 ton/month.
