• Origin: To be announced. If it's from a sanctioned country, the contract SPA and Performance Bond must be established in a non-sanctioned country.
• Package: Standard airworthy export packaging, wooden pallets with plastic protection.
• Trial or in stock quantity: 10,000 MT tons minimum or plus (quantity available in stock for immediate delivery).
• Monthly quantity: Untill 100,000 MT x 12
• Contract period: 12 months with rolls and extensions.
• Price: Competitive price / MT based on CIF China (only fixed price, not LME with x% discount).
• Payment terms: Revolving DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit), non transferable, indivisible (no advanced payment). 100% payment via Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) upon successful port inspection SGS or CCIC.
• Performance Bond: Supplier will give 2% PB of contract amount for warranty, from his bank ranked in the top 50 or 100 maximum.
