CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This opportunity is being presented to a select number of
prequalified suppliers on an exclusive basis.
DISCLAIMER: This document constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) only and is
nonbinding.
No contractual obligations arise from this inquiry or any responses received. Binding
commitments will only be established upon execution of a formal written contract between
buyer and supplier.
1. COMMODITY & SPECIFICATIONS
Product: Frozen Processed Chicken Paws
Grade: "A" Quality
Origin: Facilities with GACC China export approval
Packing: As per buyer's specification (to be confirmed)
2. VOLUME COMMITMENT
Initial Trial Order: 1-2 containers for sample approval and quality verification
Monthly Volume (Post-Trial): 100 FCL (Forty-Foot Containers)
Annual Volume: 1,200 FCL
Contract Duration: 12 months + 1 month optional extension
Estimated Weight: ~27 MT per container | ~32,400 MT annually
3. PRICING & DELIVERY TERMS
Pricing Required: Please provide your most competitive pricing per Metric Ton for both:
• FOB (loading port)
• CIF Yantian Port, China (Shenzhen)
Delivery Terms: CIF Yantian Port, China (Shenzhen)
Delivery Timeline: 15 days after seller receives advised Letter of Credit
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Method: 100% Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (MT700)
LC Type: Sight LC
Timing: LC advised within 15 days of contract execution
Document Presentation: At loading port
Performance Bond: 2% PB within 5 working days of receiving advised LC (for monthly
orders post-trial)
5. QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION
Inspection Agency: SGS/CCIC (negotiable)
Standards: Must meet Chinese import specifications for Grade A Frozen Chicken Paws
Samples: Physical samples required for buyer approval prior to contract execution
6. SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS & CERTIFICATIONS
To be considered for this opportunity, suppliers must demonstrate:
Mandatory Requirements:
• GACC (General Administration of Customs of China) registration and approval for export
to China
• Current HACCP certification
• Sufficient production capacity to fulfill 100 FCL monthly (post-trial phase)
• Veterinary health certificates and export documentation capability
• No existing exclusive contracts that would prevent fulfillment
• Willingness to provide trial shipment (1-2 containers) for quality verification
Additional Certifications (if applicable):
• ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety management certification
Important Note: Given the nature of Georgia poultry exports to China, suppliers must
provide proof of current GACC approval status and compliance with all Chinese import
regulations.
8. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
DEADLINE: IMMEDIATE - Please respond as soon as possible
Interested and qualified suppliers must provide:
1. Company Profile:
• Company registration and business license
• Processing facility details and capacity
2. Certifications & Approvals:
• GACC registration number and approval documentation
• HACCP and other relevant certifications
• Current health/veterinary certificates
3. Commercial Information:
• Current production capacity and monthly availability
• Lead time for first shipment
• Reference to past export experience to China (quantities, frequency, clients - references
may remain confidential)
4. Pricing:
• Preliminary quotation (FOB and CIF Yantian Port)
• Pricing for trial shipment (1-2 containers)
• Product specifications and packing details
5. Samples:
• Ability to provide physical samples for evaluation
• Sample delivery timeline and terms
9. EVALUATION CRITERIA
Suppliers will be evaluated based on:
• Competitive pricing
• GACC approval status and compliance documentation
• Production capacity and reliability
• Export experience to China
• Quality of samples (when provided)
