The ongoing requirement will be a minimum of 40 tons up to 60 tons a week of the following:
1. Drumsticks
2. Wings 3 pieces
3. Wings 2 pieces
4. Leg whole
5. Leg quarters
6. Thighs
7. Giblets (bagged)
Please specify whether block or IQF frozen and confirm that they would be delivered in 10 kg boxes. Also they need to be packed tidily.
